Professionally, I am a corporate business researcher, learning strategist and management consultant. My mission is to help people develop their personal and professional proficiency at a faster rate. I am  highly passionate about learning with a strong zeal to enable people to unravel human learning and performance.

As a business manager

I have over 25 years of experience / skills in several cross-functional & interdisciplinary areas like scientific research, product development, systems engineering, management consulting, technical publications, training and instructional design. I am a Senior Global Technical Learning Manager for a $15bn US-based corporation where my primary area of focus is to manage workforce skills and providing state-of-the-art strategic learning for the workforce.

As a consultant and advisor

My primary area of focus is to provide strategic directions to organizations in implementing next-generation competitive training strategies. I have  added competitive and strategic value to organizations by harnessing the power of advanced and well-researched training, learning and knowledge development models to accelerate time-to-proficiency of employees. I specialize in implementing competitive strategies to develop the technical workforce with higher order troubleshooting, problem-solving skills at a much faster rate. I possess range of managerial and consulting credentials such as Certified Management consultant and hold numerous degrees/diplomas and certifications in management, business and consulting. I have served in advisory and consulting role for several organizations, educational institutes, business units and societies. Additionally, he is involved in several professional services with non-profit learning organizations.

As a natural researcher

I served as scientist for over 10 years in a major research organization. Equipped with methods to do scientific research and born inquisitive mind, I innovated two research-backed complex learning frameworks namely SEAT© (Systems Engineering Approach to Training) and ProBT© (Proficiency Based Training) methodology primarily meant for organizations to accelerate development of complex cognitive skills of their employees systematically at a faster rate. Along side, I have developed advanced training and learning models meant for organization focused on speed-to-market and financial gains. What fuels human performance in the personal and professional world constantly intrigued me and I took up a detailed investigation for the same during my doctorate research at a prestigious Australian university. As a disabled fighter

From childhood I was unfortunately struck with a polio virus which led to paralysis of one leg. Hardships of this physical disability from post-polio paralysis and lack of mobility have not been easy for me. Still I did not let such physical limitations come on my way. Rather I transformed those hurdles for gaining immense amount of insight into human competence and human learning. Keen observer of communication, challenges, hardships and struggles in people around me, I researched, experimented and validated a collection of success methods that could allow professionals gain more success, performance and competence in a shorter time – Resonance©. As an avid learner

I hold Doctorate in business from Southern Cross University, Australia. The journey to this point is full of surprises and know-how I have acquired on the way. Pretty much limited in physical activities, I rejoiced in the power of learning and challenges my own limits to learning. I experienced wide range of unique methods to accelerate human learning. I pushed the boundary of time and speed by acquiring over 60 educational credentials including doctorate degrees, three master degrees, tens of international certifications and numerous certificates within a span of 10 years. In this tenure I acquired technical/engineering qualifications such as masters degree in technology and acquired management/consulting credentials in several disciplines of management in a zest to get overall understanding of management consulting. On top of that, I also attained some well-known certifications and educational credentials in learning, project management and training. There were times when I completed several degrees/diplomas at same time. He not only brings fresh perspective to accelerated learning during school years, but also shares highly effective techniques at university level. I humbly think that all this allowed me to master the art of accelerated result-oriented on-the-job professional learning. Check my educational credentials below.

As a trainer or coach

I am professionally trained and educated as an engineer. However, I am natural trainer or a coach. I deliberately changed my career course from a highly technical engineer/scientist to be a learning specialist. I love training, learning, coaching and mentoring. I feel the achievement in the moment of transforming or leading someone to success. Over the years I have been fortunate to be able to coach/train children, students, employees, managers and my friends. My training, coaching or mentoring is more focused on “how-to-methods” which come from research, experience, observations and insights I gained over the years. Normally very effective in handling stressful situations, I love to impart how systematic methods and techniques lead to productivity, speed, efficiency, and desired outcomes in any walks of life – school, education, profession, workplace or otherwise.

As a thoughtful writer

As a humble human

Hailing from a simple and humble family in India, I have called abroad as my home. As a person, I value communication, human understanding, connection and psychology. I also value humility and humbleness while being still confident and taking difficult situations and stresses on face of it. Expressions people generate in their daily life intrigues me a lot. That triggered a poet and artist in me. In the early young hood, I informally wrote poems and sketched few portraits.
