During his doctorate at Southern Cross University Australia, he conducted a ground-breaking research on practices and strategies employed by world’s leading organizations to accelerate time-to-proficiency of the workforce. He developed a rare knowledge-base on how to successfully shortened the time-to-proficiency of employees in a range of contexts, industries, business sectors.
